We are pleased to announce that Sainsbury’s Finance have commissioned aura Corporation to conduct their Customer Satisfaction Survey for the remainder of 2008. This is a new project for a new client and marks an exciting move into the finance arena for aura. Sainsbury’s Finance is a 50/50 partnership between Sainsbury’s and HBOS and is committed to the development of their customer services. It is in this area that aura will assist Sainsbury’s
Finance by implementing leading customer feedback methodologies and providing developmental consultancy.

Forest Stewardship Council

We are pleased to announce our print supplier have received the FSC Chain of Custody Certification.

All paper used for envelopes and questionnaires could potentially use FSC paper which would not only be of benefit to aura Corporation under our ISO 14001 accreditation but also be beneficial to our clients.

All FSC labelled products are made with consideration for people, wildlife and the environment. The label guarantees that the trees that are harvested for products are placed or allowed to regenerate naturally. All wood is tracked from the forest to the store. Each stage in the link between the forest and the consumer is certified to make it clearly identifiable as to being FSC wood.
