Mobile Industry Customer Satisfaction (MICS) survey

aurahas just completed this year’s National Benchmarking survey and the results and hot of the press results have been reported in Mobile News issue 10.04.07.

Every year since 2003, between November and February, we interview more than 2,000 customers across the UK. They tell us if they are satisfied with the service and the product received and they also tell us who could do what to improve their experience.

With the 3G technology finally coming of age and web sites and call centres showing record sales it is important to continually improve your understanding of the customer.  The MICS survey constantly evolves to capture the latest key information helping clients gain a deeper insight into the drivers of customer preferences.

Specific areas of focus include:

  • Key drivers of satisfactions
  • Advocacy and re-purchase intention
  • Switching and retention
  • Benefit perception
  • Channel used to upgrade/purchase
  • Technology usage
