aura’s Online Survey Pilot achieves 79% Response Rate

The results of aura’s new online survey pilot conducted last year are already delivering fast results and saving costs for clients. The key learning points revolved around quality of data collection and email broadcast management to maximise response rates. Online surveys using the new system are now running successfully across Europe.

Fast, accurate transmission of customer data has been created via new data extraction software that interrogates the quality against defined criteria with additional Management Reporting analysing source, volume and quality. Added to this, email protocols (white listing) and striking email and questionnaire designs have produced some impressive response rates.

The result is a new way to achieve cost effective survey results quickly (78% of customers response arrive within 36 hours).
