Senior Account Manager - Research
aura specialises in European customer satisfaction research and solutions, designed to improve customer experience. We work with global brands in automotive, mobile telecommunications and banking services to help Clients respond to their customers.
We continuously innovate - whether new solutions, new survey techniques or developing our world class web portal.
We are successful because of our people and we need a Senior Account Manager to support our growth with an international Client.
We Are Looking For
-
5-6 years commercial experience with at least 3 years agency experience in an Account Manager role

Significant marketing and/or market research experience (ideally CIM qualified)

Ability to present confidently at senior management level, and to different cultures

Excellent planning & organising and time management skills

Graduate calibre with related degree an advantage

An additional European language is preferred
